Because we were a small company with only a handful of employees, answering technical support questions was a nightmare. Between KingBuilt and our sister company, AgOilPress, we had around a thousand people who owned our equipment, and we were the only place they could call if something went wrong. So I created a customer support forum on our website that connected our customers together. This gave them the ability to ask each other questions and create a community, and gave our technicians an easier way to answer client’s questions. It also created a database of solutions that our technicians or clients had come up with that anyone could search through.
